As a TRC, you will be taught about sourcing clients & candidates, developing existing
relationships and how to manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish.
You will have the opportunity to be offered a structured career path for progression, with a

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates 

  • Seek to engage with new clients through a variety of communications

  • Bring new ideas to the table to drive new business

  • Working as part of a team to source and select candidates from job boards and job applications

  • Contact candidates who have applied to vacancies and identifying the qualifying skills that match the job description

  • Learn to use our CRM system o Process administration, and incoming queries from clients and candidates on the telephone and via emai
