Kathryn is an Organisational Psychologist with 11 years’ consulting experience following on from 19 years leadership and management experience in respected global organisations such as Diageo.
Kathryn has extensive consulting experience in both the public and private sector. She regularly assesses talent for selection and development from Emerging Talent to Board level appointments, producing in-depth reports using multiple recognised and respected psychometric tools such as MBTI, Wave, NEO, OPQ. to support individuals in creating their development plans and driving their careers.
In addition, Kathryn designs bespoke and inclusive assessment exercises and training workshops to assist clients in reaching and developing the broadest pool of potential talent.
As well as designing materials, Kathryn facilitates leadership development workshops and assessor training programmes. She is recognised for her pragmatic, energetic and engaging style of facilitation which helps her to work effectively with multi-level and mixed ability cohorts.
